And also drop mail to extreme senior management, mark your HR, manager in cc and mention you are a victim of malpractice and harassment and being suspended because of being a whistleblower.

its the employees mistake. Why complain/blow whistle?. There is a security team hired and paid by the company. Its their job. If the manage asks to use personal laptop, tell them you dont have one.

People who think that things that happen in the company are not known to anybody are fools.

The suspension is too small punishment, he should have been demoted or fired.
