Trending @Accenture; Unnecessary Pressure
My Project Manager is creating unnecessary pressure for work that needs to be delivered in March. What to do? He seems to be not doing anything but always sending updates and stupid trackers.
Normal thing, even he would have his own internal deadlines to meet, and also there there could be an overall timeline where what you are supposed to do is a small part.. you can talk to him about it, not create a scene in front of other people, but separately on why it's so urgent. If asked politely he should explain if there are genuine reasons. If not, then as someone mentioned, just focus on your work.
Ignore him and focus on ur work. He will back off eventually.
This is happening since November and now December's almost gone. Why do they have to set so early deadlines when delivery dates is months away? Who are they trying to tell they are doing work? They are not.
