Unnecessary honking should be penalised
People unnecessarily honk for you to get out of the lane and themselves get stuck right ahead of you. Incessant honking puts pressure on the drivers ahead that they can't focus on the road and can panic trying to get out of the lane.
Just an idea. Govt shud put sensors in every vehicles horn. The reading of no. of honks shud be taken every year/6M as they do with PUC. And insurance premiums shud be forced to penalise those with highest # honks. Reward the silent drivers.
This is the only entertainment we have in traffic. What else can we do in BlR?

Ye sab 4 wheeler mei hota hai. What about the two wheelers? Also, most stupid four wheeler drivers think they own the road and the only mode of communication is the horn🙃

Yes, please. That way you will use when you really need it. You can create a pot with the honk penalty kitty and run a raffle for the bottom 10%ile of honkers as a lottery.
Hard disagree on this one. Have you seen the amount of absent minded people on bikes and pedestrians blindly crossing the roads in India? You NEED to honk at them incessantly for them to even notice you.
Seriously man. People honk way too much. Even when not needed.
I always thought it’s a function of how crowded our streets are. But the problem is there even at empty streets at night.
in india in my view we have too much of freedom everywhere that should have limit in every section of life
