Unmarried 35 years old software Engineer

Below 20 lpa is less? I never understood this. Isn't this subjective and very open ended? I mean sure it might be the case if you have a family and are living in Bangalore or Gurugram, but it is not actually less if you are single and just have your parents to take care of. Sure people are ambitious, and you get to see all those posts and even in your friend circle there might be people bagging this top 1% jobs, but I would say your current job is also a high paying job. And all is not lost, just get married this year, do not shy away or hesitate because time waits for none. If you have good job security, good wlb, your parents are supportive(I assume) and you will get married and have kids of your own, what's there to cry about. Try to be happy, you sell yourself for too short.
Running towards a goal is all well and good but only till you are happy. There is no point in those high paying jobs unless you are happy. P.S. Talking from personal experience, and yes I don't have one of those high paying jobs you see out there, near around your age, the only diff is, I am happily married and have a support system! It is never too late to turn the next chapter in your life :)

Why not take a break and travel to south east asia doing solo backpacking, it will teach you a lot and you'll be more independent and it will open your mind a lot

Bro you are at a better place. Today I saw a reel where the guy is b/w 35-40, divorced with a girl child & earns 20k per month. I get that you have dreams of settling in. I have a distant relative she is also unmarried at 36. Hangout with single guys of your age so u won't feel odd one out.
