Unite and Expose! Time to Stand Up to TCS

No Resignation Without a Paper Trail: If HR is asking you to resign or threatening termination, demand it in writing. Don't fall for "verbal" instructions. Without evidence, you have no proof. HR's fear of putting it in writing shows they know this isn't a legitimate process.

Record Everything:
Your phone is your strongest tool. Despite any "no photography/videography" rules, if you're being forced into a termination or resignation meeting, discreetly record the conversation. This is your only real evidence against a company that operates without a paper trail.

Document Your Bench Time: Blocked email access? Screenshot or forward all project acceptance and allocation emails to your personal account. Prove that you were ready and waiting for a project, but RMG failed to place you. This counters any claim that your termination was due to performance or a lack of willingness to work.

They're Taking Advantage of a Broken System: TCS knows India's labor laws are weak and the government often looks the other way. This is why they're able to get away with these practices. We need to show them they can't get away with it forever.

Time for a Collective Campaign: Let's get a petition going. We need to document how many of us have been impacted—terminated, laid off, or forced to resign. We have to bring this information directly to the Labor Department and state/central government officials. We are the proof.

RMG, Not Associates, is Accountable. If TCS has a problem with managed service contracts, that's a company problem, not an employee problem. Associates on managed service contracts shouldn't be penalized or forced to resign for business decisions made by management. This is on RMG, not us.

Though associates working as Java developers for one client will not clear/fit the requirement of other customers which has t&m kind of billing.

Lets unite and expose TCS. Hope the news anchor in Quarterly result on 9th Oct should have tough questions for the management to answer. If they also do not support then TCSers need to unite and make an impact.

If al TCS employees stop working against this unethical practice !! Just imagine what will happen .. just to show the management what employees can do.. but the tragedy of life is not a single person who are working or who has been thrown but unethically will come forward ... Except just giving suggestions like I am posting here right now ..even though I am willing to join. But no one will come !!

Are you willing to unionize and opt for collective bargaining?
Ask yourself, ask 10 people around you, including your seniors / juniors / peers, people who have been laid off and people who are still not on the chopping block. Then post the % yes/no answers here.
Then we can realistically discuss on how to "unite and expose" !

People won’t unite. As you said , labor law weak in India. That’s the main issue here.
