Unit Change

Currently I am in BTG unit and want to go in BFSI unit. Is it possible ?? If yes, then to whom i should request for it ?

You need to have 3 things sorted, else it's impossible.

  1. Your project manager should agree to release you.
  2. Your unit should not have a problem with you changing units.
  3. There should be someone from BFSI unit ready to take you in.
