Trending @Infosys; Unit Change

Hi All,

I am currently in ENG unit and allocated to other unit client. Now all client related praising and bonuses are goes to other unit only not my unit. Also I had done some nich skill tags which is also not comes other ENG and I am facing this from last 2 years. I already told to my manager but he cant do anything.

Any solution how to get rid of current Unit and join other ?

For level 6 employees ..skill tag incentive has other factors..like your billing should be min 50$ /hr..then only eligible . Check with your manager about your billing . In across all the units promotions and hikes are for L5 and below . L6 and above ..no communication till now
