Trending @Accenture; Unhappy with Rewards.. What's Next?

I think most of the people have received their rewards outcome as of now and I can guarantee almost all of us are not happy/satisfied with the outcome.

So I wanted to know what steps you all are going to take next ?

PS - I am not going switch yet because my project isn't forcing me to wfo.
