Unfreeze NPS Account

Hey Everyone,

My NPS account was freezed due to no contribution made in the past financial years.

Today, I tried logging in and noticed this error that my account was freezed due to no contribution.

Also, there was an alert to unfreeze account by doing pending payment transaction and due or visiting to POP to unfreeze.

I completed my pending transaction and also visited POP, still the same error and POP doesn’t aware of this issue.

Any suggestions?
