Unfairness
Thinking of writing a book on this topic for quite some time.
The topic of "unfairness" might sound like another post/discussion on cribbing. But what I want to do is the opposite - Unfairness I beleive often gets a lot of weightage in out minds then it really needs.
For eg, 1.fighting for that last penny with the an auto-driver or a cab, while not realizing your time and temprament or mood for the day is much more important than that penny

How do most of us almost always feel its the manager's /supervisors fault?

When people just burst out of a busy metro and run for their lives to get through the stairs thinking they'll reach to their destination before everyone else
We are almost always on a default mode of "unfairness"
