unfair treatment at work please suggest

I'm facing unfair treatment at work. There's uneven work distribution and other politics like favorism. My manager taunts me in all the one and one calls. I feel demotivated to work. This is happening since two years. Even if I somehow gather my strength and put my best at work I'm never appreciated even privately. But all I hear is just criticism , comparison , which tries to put me down mentally and emotionally. This has been taking toll on health mentally and physically and on my family too. I want to move on but scared of the current job market situation. Open to hear any suggestion as I'm very confused and have nobody to share my thoughts.
