I was removed from meetings, falsely labeled as a liar and blackmailer, and my anxiety issues were mocked by being placed on a PIP. My manager began micromanaging every detail of my work, tracking each hour in Excel, and even forcing me to apply for half-day and full-day leaves for the previous month. Her continued rude and hostile behavior left me with no choice but to resign from my job. Despite reaching out to the SpeakUp channel and HR, no action was taken, and it appears everyone is acting according to her wishes. I am now wondering if I should escalate this matter directly to the CEO of Capgemini, as I have a family to support and cannot afford such injustice to go unheard.
Almost had 4 years in CG but from last 2 month she is behaving with me like helll.
Please please help guys now they are asking me to submit my asset asap by next week 6th NOV 2025 while my LWD is last week of Jan 2026


U cant di anything lady manager always do this with junior ladies prep for switch

I have also faced this type of behavior, my portfolio manager is a lady working in this organisation for over 20+ years . She behaves very rudely and will not listen to any of your concerns just what she says is the law like that.

It’s a difficult situation now post resignation, u should not have done that .. ask any help here people could have been responded here and provided solutions

File harrasment case against her to higher authorities, detailing everything in mail and tagging her manager and even CEO...they will have to respond.

I have not other option left becouse they were putting me on pip and else resign

Ask her to remove from current project, sit in bench, search job outside, not required to submit laptop until your lwd .
Answer this- Do you have any mail from support team or manager or hr or any ticket for submitting laptop! And location mentioned??
