It’s shocking and deeply disappointing how Wipro handles employees. I was terminated without any prior notice, communication, or explanation. After dedicating my time and effort to the company, this is the level of respect I received. Such unprofessional and abrupt decisions not only harm employees but also damage trust in the organization. Transparency and fairness should be fundamental values, yet they seem absent here.
