Unfair QVA Deductions Due to Lack of Office Seating and Project Allocation

What Bullshit is Happening,If even a Associate doesn't have any Seat or odc in the office How did they Deduct their QVA, Because if a Associate is Not a Seat at that time even watch man aslo Not Allowing into Campus their saying Swipe and Go,and even any RMG not Giving any Projects and aslo Even Salary aslo ,,,Everyone Knows that,So How did their Rain their QVA ...

If a Associate Having Project and doesn't reporting to office or Given Odc is a Issue,but if a Associate Not a Having Seat in the Odc How did their Deduct their QVA? ... That is the Company's Fault?
