Trending @Accenture; Unfair Promotion

Today I got to know about promotion of some of my teammates of previous project and was shocked to that they got promoted even after being on bench after my last project got ended and here it is me who worked hard in this development project and got nothing. Even after doing good in TechLeap, they sent a mail saying “Scope To Develop” whereas people who are passing time on bench are getting promoted. Great I just wanna leave this place noww
