Unethically Laid off by Flipkart (SDE 1 with 1.5 years experience
During this PD cycle Flipkart sinisterly laid off a large amount of workforce of which I was part of. Entered the meeting room expecting exceeding expectations review but Saw my hr, director and manager sitting together with a document.
Was said i was meeting some expectations so company is gonna offer a leaving plan, no negotiation on ratings they were ready to do. When I asked I don't want exit option they said only other option is termination and the exit negotiation doc won't be valid after the meeting and I'll have only one option.
Under pressure i signed and was made jobless, the company I worked for just made me feel helpless and made me resign under pressure.
They're not giving any severance normal notice period of 2 months. Need opportunities for job on urgent basis.
