How was your experience in PIP ,were you able to fight you case back with positive evidence incase wrongly selected? How many have suffered from this unethical practices in Accenture
They tag you to PIP just to show some % in the bottom layer to higher management. Once tagged to PIP, no appraisal, mental pressure, over thinking, stress. Better have all evidence documented or on email.
Dont sit idle
Be very proactive to ask for work
Be over communicative to all stakeholders
If possible, create your decency in your project.
Always be on top of assigned tasks
I actually lead the whole project to success and don't wish to contribute any more for such org any more. although I have my proofs for neutral panel the HR TEAM keep pushing dates to avoid the meet. Today I believe "if not with them then surely against them " in IT market
