
Unethical allocation removal
I was interviewed and selected for a project but my allocation for whole month was removed in-between the month. Got called by HR and Regional RMG, asked by HR to be available for any project, no project call though, asked not to initiate allocation to other projects unless it is through "authorised" RMG, received notice from HR that unallocated time is bound.
On the other hand, the management from project and unit is trying their best to get all approvals, but stuck with regional RMG head approval.
Not sure what is coming in next few weeks. Seeing this despite having demonstrated top notch skills.
Anyone in the same boat? Like to share what's coming?

I know my C3B colleagues who are facing the same trouble.. Basically junior RMG will not know about billing & other details. Hence BG head & RMG head will need to validate any deployment..

What are your grades and how long are on bench?

Are you a C3A and above grade?

Yes

Any project who is onboarding these levels requires multi level approval from the project and RMG as per new rule , since fluidity is to release these grades and if they are onboard they have to give proper justification and approvals. You can intimate the HR that approval is pending from RMG head's approval cc the authorised RMG. I would suggest you to push RMG to get other project calls instead of stick with one.

When is your meeting with RMG? It literally feels like a crime to be C3A and above..
@GuiltyTosser don't worry about tomorrow's meeting.. They will ask you to join T&M project and may give the expected timeframe.
Honestly all of us start to look outside ASAP. It doesn't matter what happens next. It's a sinking ship.

But I am wondering for many days these things will keep on happening? Would it be normalising again. Seriously entire TCS environment is filled so much of negativity now.

I think this unethical behaviour which is increasing day by day should now be directly reported in news and made a huge fuzz about it. We shouldnt normalize this at all. Just how on july 10th our CHRO mentioned in press that they havent thought of hikes yet and due to month long negativity and share drop suddenly released hike news.

Ask your unit head and project account to create strong business case and create the chaos by mentioning severe client escalation that’s best option and it will workout for sure.

They will approve only for T&M allocation.
