Unemployed, not Ashamed

I quit a BPO job without another offer, and people around me act like it’s a crime. What they don’t understand is how mentally draining call center work can be — sitting 8 hours straight with a headset, constant pressure, no space to breathe. I’m 23, currently unemployed, and my parents are supportive while I explore other options. I don’t believe in glorifying jobs that harm your mental health just because they pay. Choosing peace over pressure isn’t failure.
