Undesirable Crybabies
I see so many posts/comments complaining about the struggle and/or India. Usually I ignore those or pour over the comments for the memes. But I think that the workforce is spending hours ranting and cribbing, which is not gonna make any change.
The truth is, you get what you deserve.
Don't like the policies? Go vote and change the government. Talk to people in real life and influence. Don't like your job? Upskill and switch companies. Don't like your manager? Suck it up and deal with it like a grown-up. Make your way up in office politics.
Be a solution oriented person. It's life changing.
Can't agree more. Ranting in a social media is like flirting with chatgpt.
That too on an anonymous platform. Speaking into the void. What do they expect? Some anonymous user will appreciate them and suddenly they have good karma? Weird breed.

A lot of people have dual personalities, the side/ thoughts which are suppressed comes out on anonymous platforms. See in a way your post is a rant on rants.

Tum khud btao chae koi bhi party ki government ho usne kya Kiya hai aisa jisse tumhari personal life mein impact hua ho. Yes I do agree ki kuch cheeze hai achi jaise metro and all. But uske alwa nothing substantial. Look at the capital of the country, i live in Delhi and i know how bad it is. The basic necessities like a decent footpath and roads are not there.

I agree with you in searching a job outside. Might even do it myself. I think you misunderstood the point where I meant instead of crying one should be trying. 100% apna socho and apna acha karo. Ek aadmi se desh nhi badlega.
