Undervalued/ Ignored in project

Although I am the most experienced person in my project, I am being undervalued by the managers.

I am managing my deliveries with good quality, Doing additional responsibilities, done some cost savings / process improvements for the project, 100% WFO.

Even doing all these things, my promotion is still pending with corporate HR for the past 12 months . Juniors are getting promoted.

A couple of months back , I was offered an onsite opportunity, manager asked make ready the travel documents , suddenly my name was removed , and now they are sending one junior to onsite...

I feel I am being targetted, ignored.

Stop doing additional work, do tit for tat, no one is going to help you once you leave from this company, find better opportunity outside and resign.

Higher the experience and grade, longer waiting period for promotion. Jr promotion is cheap compared to senior promotions. 10% for 3LPA vs 10% of 10LPA Onsite is always a gamble. Jr at onsite means more money to company as they pay less salary

Don't overwork. Don't overtime. Don't pick any calls once day is ended. You ask for project change, account release or change job

Exactly I was in same boat! But somehow client noticed my works and their appreciation works for me to get the last promotion which is 2years back .. But yeah later I realised the politics of manager , they have their own lobby .. So all benifits, onsite will be decided within their group only..
