I joined Accenture in August 2021 as a fresher and was promoted to CL 10 recently, with a base pay of ₹6,80,000 after a 29.5% hike. I have been the top performer of my team for last two years. While I know my variable pay is 21% of my base salary, I’m unclear about the criteria for calculating the actual payout.

Can anyone clarify how variable pay is determined at this career level? Specifically, what factors influence the final amount I can expect in next cycle?
