Trending @Accenture; Understanding Compensation Progression at Accenture: Analyst to Senior Analyst
I joined Accenture as an Associate and have been working as an Analyst for the past year. While I should be eligible for a promotion to Senior Analyst next year, I’ve noticed that my current salary as an Analyst is significantly lower—about half—compared to analysts hired directly at the same level.
If I were to be promoted, would my compensation align with the average for the Senior Analyst level, or would I remain underpaid compared to others?
Looking for insights from those who’ve been through this or have experience with Accenture’s compensation progression.

I am going through the same scenario. When every company is hiring a candidate from outside, they always recruit them with higher salary then existing employee salary. So understand this .Once you get promoted . Accenture will provide 30% hike from your existing salary that's it. Nothing you can except

How many years did it take you to reach from Analyst to Senior Analyst? I have joined as an Analyst and it's been 3.5 years and I am still waiting for the promotion.

My man, leave. Its gonna take you upwards of 4 years plus you have to ask for promotion its not handed to you. Also also, not a senior analyst read my post again

You said you will be getting a promotion soon that's why I asked. I didn't know that to be worthy of promotion I have to wait 4+ years in a particular role. I read that anyone who has spent 18 months is eligible for promotion but it also depends on the management, project's budget etc.
