Understanding bands

Can someone let me know where we can find information regarding the bands and its appropriate range of hike percentage ? Is it available anywhere inside ultimatix or somewhere else ? If someone has an idea about D band , whether it exists , and on what basis it's been assigned and how the same will be justified by manger/ lead .
