Jar is Java afaik, and its pretty bad culture

Not an underrated company but Juspay has functional prog. And they are pretty good at their engineering

Well they have very limited with new hires and mainly there work revolve around API and there huge switch deployment

I just hate their interview process. Worst I ever been a part of - not because of assignment and stuffs, but the way they execute it & the repetitiveness.

Functional programming is not a "tech stack".

Your salary expectations and skills?

As fresherI expect bare minimum, 4-5 lpa would be ok and talking about skills rust based system like distributed system DevOps systems
