Underpay question

My total experience is 4 years my total CTC is 9LPA is this underpay?

I have seen a guy crying for getting a 68 Lakh per annum compensation with 3-4 years of experience and is looking for much better compensation I wonder how true that is. Frankly speaking nobody really knows if they are under paid or over paid unless you really come to know salaries being given out in real.

Got one nice offer but aren't accepting 90days, while trying to buyout the current toxic manager doesn't want me gone even if there is literally no work.
