Underpaid: Low balled offer + relocation cost stress

Heavily underpaid, still low even after new offer, currently at 6.75, accenture is only ready for 12.90 fixed - still low when compared to people with my same skills and experience (they didn't even do an expectation asking/hr negotiation- they straight away quote it and released offer🥲 didn't even get a chance to negotiate! 8 yoe + fullstack java Angular (still some days left before LWD)I might have to move out of my parents house to a new city since the project reporting is Pune, what should I do
