I think they are working on implementing downvotes. I don't believe they ever intended to engage in content moderation.

The product is slowly attracting the mismatched and unwanted. This reddit for professionals/ Blind India has been valuable so far because of right early adopters. Team should prioritise distributed content moderation before power users get too annoyed with the JUNK and churn.
