Underpaid

I had joined TCS in 2017. I belongs to BPO and currently my CTC is below 4 lakhs. Is it believable? But yes this is the sad reality.Because of my financial issues i am not able to resign and I am looking for other opportunities from last 1 Year but not getting any calls from other companies. Now what should i do
