Underpaid

I'm a 2nd year consultant at Deloitte USI working with 6+ yrs of work ex paid <13LPA. My peers with MBA but <3 years of experience are getting atleast 2x of my salary. HR says its because I dont have an MBA (PS - I do have a Masters in STEM field)

Any suggestions on how should I take my discussions with HR? Or should I just switch
