Hi folks, Am I underpaid, if I'm having 4.5 Yoe in automation testing with 13 LPA for consulatant B2 position. Should I ask to HR for counter? Please suggest me pn this

if u r feeling like u r being underpaid then just switch man … people with 5yoe they are getting less then 10. u should be happy that u r in 2digit with 4yoe

I think he has not joined the Capgemini company offered him 13 LPA and asking that can he ask for counter to HR or 13 LPA is good package.

I saw people still getting 9LPA with morethan 5 yoe in CG. If you have any offer otherthan this then go with it or else 13LPA means you can ask bonus or variable......
