Am I Underpaid.?
Working as an Security Delivery Analyst (L11) at Accenture, having joined as a fresher. I now have about 3 years of experience in the same company, earning around 40K per month (excluding PF), which amounts to a 5.2 LPA.
Am I underpaid, and should I consider switching to another organization?
Also, I was promoted from L12 to L11 in May 2024(default promotion for L12 is 2 years). Is there a way to secure another promotion to L10 in the next cycle (May 2025) within an year? If not, what strategies can I use to maximize my salary hike at that time?
And how much VP's for L11 in an year and yearly default hike is 11% in fixed pay Right?

There is a cool off period of 18 months for next promotion, so NO PROMOTION FOR YOU IN 2025.
What next: It's open Market, make a switch. Once you come out to 90 days NP trap you'll get lot of offers depending on your LUCK.

On a serious note upskill and switch bro, base salary range for lvl 11 is 5-13 lacs and since u were promoted recently don't expect a promotion until 2 yrs and no hike for atleast a year unless u are top performer 😵💫😵💫
Consider looking for a new job. There is no benefit of staying here. Even if you are promoted to L10 there won’t be a significant increase in your pay.
You would get 6.5 LPA + Variable (unchanged).
Plus they are not going to promote until you complete 2 years at L11.
