I joined Accenture in sept 2021 as a Customer service chat associate CL 12.2 at 4.5LPA, in 2022 moved to CL 12.1 with 31% hike now 6.03LPA. It's been 2 years with no salary hike or promotion. I was able to change my domain from customer service to Procurement associate in March 2024. Total YOE: 5 years. Am I underpaid?
