It’s all relative . You are not underpaid if you look at your band. Depends on the technology as well. There will always be exceptions where a 3 YOE guy earns 35laks. Since you just joined wipro try to gain as much learning as you can and try to switch in couple of years. I don’t know the full story at your end, but I think you should try to be mentally at peace with the salary you are getting and move on in next couple of years.
