Underemployed or not?

Does anyone ever feel like that you could do so much more at work but are not being utilised appropriately? Is it just me or is it only the PSUs

Oh yes, that's me! To deal with this, I guess the only options are to either ask for more/better work, or to switch to a better org.

Easy to switch in IT. In banking, work is mundane and you don't really gain any skills. Very difficult to move.
