Under paid or over paid or am I fine?

With TCS newly joined is okay, if you look at existing tcser with the same experience it is overpaid and lastly as per market it is surely under paid

16yoe in tcs with 12lpa

YOE AMS SALARY SHOULD BE IN 2X RATIO

Market has changed in 2021,so most of experienced in same company are always underpaid

Depends on skill set..
