Unavailability on Client visit
They want me to be there on client visit but it is Chhath puja ? What do you guys thing what should I do ? I am thinking of no show , will this be a good call as my team lead has no issues.
Please convey that the annual festival, that cannot be compromised. If you will be visiting customers as their customer, will they meet you on Christmas?

@MajesticDecrease55 this is not an issue. If you don't want to get client visibility / future onsite scopes, You doesn't care about your Manager Ratings, don't want to be here for 5 or 10 years and all, then go ahead for Chhath.
Since you are a fresher and if you do not have a great dependency with client you can do a no show. No one is going to notice.
