Trending @Cognizant; Unavailability of seats across cognizant offices
Any HR in the channel, who can tell the solution for this. HR is forcing to go to office whereas in most of the offices seats are not available. Also, in the mail by Ravi itself it is written that Indian associates are "expected" to be in office for atleast 3 days, depending upon their project and the leaders. So it can be less than 3 days too. Any HR who will clarify this?
If you have genuine concerns have a discussion with your HM, by far it should just not zero days.
Why it should not be zero days, if you are having more productivity at home. Then I don't think its a issue. Any specific reason to come to office?
Its just an HR policy, I am not sure the reasoning behind it, not that I am in support of it. You can avoid going to office as long as their threats don’t bother you and no actions are taken against you.
No seat... No internet in ODC...no quality food vendor..But expectation is too much
