Unassigned Task timesheet
What is the difference between filling in unassigned tasks under a WON and assigned tasks under the same WON in timesheet ? Does there really exist a difference? Does it have any effect on our growth in the company or appraisal stuff , do throw some light on this area pls ?
It is more for tracking purpose at account level rather than individual level. No impact individually.
However I think there is some some limit on how much effort we can log in unassigned task per month.
Suppose, an employee has been assigned task under a dedicated WON and is actively working on it. Should he/she be tagged as a billable or non-billable resource? If yes/no, does it have any impact on QVA or appraisal?
If he is allocated to the won of that project should be tagged as billed and in case if itsn't done so it may impact the billing cycle of the project...Always Check with your supervisor when your allocated into that project...at time of filling a timesheet..
