oday, RMG and HR are forcing unallocated employees to resign — without giving them a single opportunity, without a shred of support or empathy. These clueless and wicked departments are calling us a "burden" — but the real burden is their mismanagement and incompetence.
Reality Check: Over the past 6 years, especially last year, TCS conducted massive fresher hiring — not for employee growth or company vision, but just to inflate headcount and showcase strength to the outside world. They never thought about long-term sustainability, career progression, or employee well-being. It was all about profit optics.
Now, after over-hiring recklessly, they're labeling the same employees as a burden — and pushing them out. And yes, the management is equally responsible for this chaos. Their silence speaks volumes.
While CEOs and top officials are getting fat hikes and media headlines, we — the ones who built this company brick by brick — are being treated like disposable labor. No recognition. No compassion. Not even a glass of water, while they drown in perks.
And now, the shocking truth: They're releasing C3A+ employees and replacing them with less-experienced resources just to cut budgets. Is this what an "employee-first" organization looks like?
If Ratan Tata were here, this injustice wouldn’t be happening.
It's time to raise your voice. If we stay silent, this will continue. It’s not just politics anymore — it's systemic exploitation. We must protest. And if needed, take legal action — because this is about our future, our dignity, and the soul of TCS.

It's true.... Yesterday I met someone who was forced to resign by RMG.... They gave him warning that he has 5 days to find project for him self.... Yesterday they had a meeting with him and asked to resign or else they will terminate him which will impact on his exp letter with nagetive remarks.... They offered 3 months of base salary compensation
Such a worst company to be work with..... Don't suggest anyone to join tcs....
There are better options available

TCS is no longer a safe company now, no job security, no increments, need to wake up and search for a new job.

For everyone who is reading upskill yourself leave tcs don't ask anyone to join let them suffer then? Don't work be allocated, anyone get opportunity take 4 5 your closest one with you. Let's see how it will survive then. How they will get 15 percent hike then.

I think Govt. Of India should come up and take some concrete decision on such an inhuman behaviour from one of the Top Corporate of India.

The govt puts pressure on companies like tcs to hire freshers in bulk. The govt has to publish the data to the opposition how many new pfs were created.

Even when Ratan Tata was alive, he didn't had any over look or control so stop having delusions and start accepting harsh truths
