Will there be any deductions if I get unallocated from billable project and get into bench? How long can I be in bench without getting into any firing situations?

Being on the bench might affect bonuses, not salary. Generally, 1-2 months is safe. Upskill and stay proactive to avoid issues. Regularly check with Resource Management Group for opportunities.
