Unallocated can resign
Hi, if an unallocated person decided to resign ,then he/she need to serve 90 days notice period or will immediately get released from TCS?

It's depends with HR, they might release you earlier or will ask to serve 90 days. When I enquired the same with my HR, they told me to serve the entire 90days notice period and there is no buyout option as per the policy, during those periods RMG will map you to a short term project till your LWD.
