Unacademy is going to hell
No idea why is there a HR team at Unacademy. Every employee is being mentally harassed and is at the verge of breaking. Every employee is looking for a job. The culture is truly screwed because of the mid level management, so called “category leaders”. They think working 40 hours a day is how you grow your category (yes they expect 40 hours of work a day). You cannot take leaves! The leaves that you worked for and are entitled to have! Leaves may belong to you but are owned by your category leaders! I feel for my friends at Unacademy. You do not deserve this treatment. I’ll keep voicing out for you folks. Stay strong.

they exactly want to do opposite, they want people to resign before they are fired.
We are a populated country. Even when payments are delayed by 2-3 months, people will still turn up and work. Call meeting in the middle of the night, people will join. Ask them to turn up to work after a personal loss , they will come. Yes, we are fucked to that level.
No job is worth mental torture
If GM is reading this. You have got few Good people still with you: time to step IN and save them. Stop culture of mental Torture and promote good people across the board.

HR department is actually there for compliances. They don't do anything, GM is the real HR.
