Unable to work from home

I have hybrid work, but it’s just hard for me to work from home, I’m always distracted and barely do 2 hours of focused work. Always procrastinating, and my attention span is fucked.

This is definitely affecting my performance. To sort this out, I’m trying to go to office as many days as possible.
