Unable to upload pdf on Ultimatix tax 80D documents,

Hi , plz anyone help me i am trying to add 80d health insurance documents in pdf only but , it's saying "plz upload valid file ,allowed extentions are pdf, jpeg, png " , anyone facing same issue .
