Trending @Accenture; Unable to take all my public holidays

So we have 8 public holidays and 2 optional holidays, i have relocated from Mumbai to Hyderabad. So far, i have taken 4 public holidays and 2 optional holidays, but i see only 1 public holiday remains for me according to Hyderabad's list, total is 5+1+2 = 8, how should i claim my remaining 2 holidays , can i take them as optional ones, or will this cause issues, how to claim my remaining 2 public holidays
