Unable to set NPS account password
Hello, everyone, I have opened a NPS account through the protean CRA. I have received the welcome kit and the PRAN has been allocated. However, when I try to log in (or set the password, as it is my first login) on the protean website, it says, "unauthorized user". Also, when I call the helpline, I need to verify the PRAN to get any help and when I enter my PRAN, it says, "Invalid PRAN". Does anyone know why this is happening and what is the solution? Does it take some time to get activated? I watched a few videos on YouTube and the conclusion was that it might take 3 to 4 days to get activated, is that correct? I have updated my PRAN in Ultimatix and it has been approved (does this have to do with anything that's happening.)
