Unable to login to Accenture onboarding dashboard portal

Hi , can anyone help me with Accenture onboarding dashboard portal issues as I will be joining in the coming week and I am unable to login to the portal to complete the necessary formalities. I tried clearing the cache, different browsers and incognito mode, and also mailed onboarding still didn’t receive any response. Is anyone else facing a similar issue and what resolution they got please do share. Thanks in advance!!
