unable to get release from toxic project
Supervisors leads r telling its difficult to get replacement. Lot of calls happened but nothing worked.
how to get release from this project. Irony is that this project contract also is for 10 years.
HR also listening to manager. lot of internal politics going on.
Any suggestions.
Toxicity is increasing in TCS, don't try to get released from the project, try to switch. I am also suffering from the same thing.
i faced this earlier alos in diff org..see if keep switching its fine..but because of these bad people why we should switch..thy only favour their favourites who dance on their tunes.... mean to say..if we can see there r actually very nice projetcs out there..why to loose such opportunity...can see there r good onsite and good domain projects.....but these HR should help
I would like to mention only one thing for you that if it is toxic work culture then just leave the organisation otherwise in longer run it may start affecting your health
bro, just go rogue and start applying for other projects internally or even outside. 🤘 don't wait for approvals, just make your move. internal politics will always be there, but you gotta look out for yourself.
i got 3 projetcs..cleared their interviews..but these peopel didnt approve my release..they refused...m looping HR now..will fight
This won't work in your favour. There needs to be a method to you madness. But now that u have reached this point, u should go all in. One suggestion, is to complete educational courses or re-skilling if u have. HR generally donot ignore that since it is policy. Do you have any recently?
Change the company... they never release employee unless the client manager itself says soo
If you are staying in the account for more than 18 months then you can ask for release and apply via exciting opportunities
thy promised thy will release once i get good project...i given interviews .and got 3 projetcs of good domain. They simply told its wrong pratice..you cannot give interviews..horrible they just flipped
new supeevisors wre good..they waited for my release mail..but these people tried to convinced me they will help..but ultimately they didnt give release
