Trending @HCL; Unable to get an interview call?
Hi friends,
I have been working at HCLTECH for the past three years as a fresher. Now I having 3 years of experience in Devops.
I have good hands on experience in Linux, Ansible and terraform. Also I learned myself docker, k8s, azure devops, Jenkins.
The thing is i didn't get a any calls from recruiters.
1.What I have to do get a call? 2.how to prepare a resume. 3. I'm applying the job via naukri,and linked. 4. Is there anything else that I need to do?
Please suggest me and refer me.
I will tell you a simpler solution , this helped for many 2-4 years experienced freshers in past. At Noida 126 office you will find HCL surrounded by multiple IT companies like oracle , L&T , wipro etc many others...
All these companies have walkin during weekends ..you need to locate these companies and participate in drives during wekend
Apply through job portals like Naukri, foundit than LinkedIn…they also have some payment options to highlight your resume than the rest. But don’t trust all job portals not every portal is genuine. So trust only a few. For the money you pay to these portals they also have resume services. Utilise those. Last but not the least prepare well for your interview and get better at your soft skills.
Before applying directly pls try to find any connection on LinkedIn and request for reference this might help you in CV screening round and prepare well in advanced
